Drivers and Drawbacks to Your Personality: A Workshop for the Entrepreneurial Mind

Using the Myers Briggs Personality assessment, you’ll have a unique opportunity to look at how your personality impacts the entrepreneurial components of your work. This session is designed for those who are considering the entrepreneurial path, already running a business or managing a department, or have some entrepreneurial sides to their work. Perhaps, for example, you work in sales and manage your own territory or you are responsible for brainstorming and developing new program ideas for your department.

After registering for the workshop, we’ll send you a link to complete a free version of the Myers Briggs online. During the session, we’ll spend some time confirming the accuracy of your personality type, while learning and sharing what kind of impact it can have on your work. Through group discussions and activities, you’ll learn about your strengths, as well as your weaknesses which will better prepare you for the challenges of running your own business, department or heading a project.
