Steven Kosakow:  Steven is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at Optaros and focuses on finding and attracting the very best talent and guiding the organization's recruitment strategy. Prior to Optaros, Steven was a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant to Nokia where he built their recruitment branding programs and managed global candidate pipeline development initiatives.  As an expert in the social media recruitment space, Steven also designed and delivered many global social media recruitment workshops training executives, recruiters, and hiring managers, how to utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, as recruitment tools.

In addition, Steven recruited for senior technical roles across the globe in cloud computing, virtualization, mobile, product marketing, and beyond.  Prior to Nokia, Steven was a Senior Global Recruiter at Communispace Corporation, a social media company that develops and manages private online communities for large retail clients.  In this capacity, Steven developed the domestic and international recruitment strategy and hired for all roles within the organization.

Prior to his work at Communispace, Steven was the Assistant Director of Career Services at Brandeis University and also served in other recruitment roles on a contract and full time basis, including Allaire (the ColdFusion company) and Kenan Systems (formerly Lucent and CSG Systems...now Comverse).  Steven has a Bachelors in Political Science and Spanish Language & Literature from Brandeis University and a Masters in Public Affairs from UMass Boston.

Elsewhere on the social web, he is the co-founder and one of the  "daddy" bloggers over at Every Other Thursday; the executive  editor for Technorati; blogger for the very popular Blogcritics.org; and, a writer and community administrator for Shamable, an up and coming resource for all things social media without the BS. In all of his spare time (wink, wink), he runs a fairly successful photography business, shooting weddings and family events.

Prior to his current role, Don was at Malden Catholic High School where he was responsible for re-engineering the 75 year-old brand; media relations; and creative design, which included developing, launching and managing the online community for alumni.  Don entered the public relations and marketing world working for Suffolk University for a couple of years (where he met his wife).  While at Suffolk, he was responsible for media relations, marketing and web design, and helped launch and manage the school's online community for alumni.
