We look forward to seeing you at our annual Employer Panel and December General Meeting. This year we bring a diverse range of panelists who work with students, workforce development participants, clients in career transition and adults in every stage of their career paths. We also have industries represented that mirror Barry Bluestone’s report on our fastest growing industries in Massachusetts. Come for a thoughtful and multi-disciplinary discussion of local hiring trends, best practices on employee training and what role staffing agencies are playing in our current labor market.

And as always: You drive the discussion.

Register now and submit your question for our panel. We will review and categorize all questions to kick off the panel discussion. We will then have a breakout session where you will have the opportunity for smaller group question and answer time with our employers.

Featured Panelists:

  • Juanita Allen, Recruitment and Outreach Manager, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity
  • Julia Beaty, Campus Recruiter, Sales and Service, Wayfair
  • Kip Hollister, Founder and CEO, Hollister Staffing & Hollister Institute (Technology, Accounting & Finance, Administrative & HR)

  • Dena Lerra, Incumbent Program Manager, Workforce Development/Human Resources, Partners HealthCare
