Why is it so hard for students, clients - and even ourselves - figure out what to do next in a career? If only 32% of employees are engaged at work (according to a 2015 Gallup survey) then it is clear that many people are not doing a great job at designing a career path.
In this workshop you will learn a new way, based on design thinking, to work with students and clients in their career and job searches which will help to get them moving in the right direction. You will be introduced to tools and exercises that will help students/clients:
