Refund Policy:
Memberships The Member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by the CCC during the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not limited to) dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.
A credit will be provided for seminar registrants who are unable to attend the seminar for which they registered when advance notice is provided. This credit can be applied toward a future seminar and does not expire. There are no refunds for non-attendance or materials fees. If for some reason an event must be cancelled by the CCC, a full refund will be provided. Any refund made for an original transaction by credit card will be made back to that credit card. All refunds for cash or check transactions will be issued by the CCC via a check. The Career Counselors’ Consortium (CCC) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. The CCC will not share, sell or rent your information to any third party outside of our organization. Such information includes your name, contact information, email address and credit card information. We are committed to protecting your privacy whether you are just looking for information or conducting business with the CCC. When you visit our website, we will not collect your personal information unless you choose to use and receive online services that require it. We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service such as email, membership registration, seminar registration, or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer you. If you choose not to use the Internet to provide personal information to the CCC, you can contact us by fax, mail, or in person.
