The Career Counselors’ Consortium (CCC) does not allow for refunds of membership purchases. Memberships are not transferable.
The Member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by the CCC during the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not limited to) dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.
Seminars and Events
The Career Counselors’ Consortium wants its members and customers to be happy with their purchases. Try our Seminars and Events. If, after attending the event you are not happy with the quality of the program or speaker, notify us right away. Tell us what was wrong so we can make it right.
A credit will be provided for seminar registrants who are unable to attend the seminar for which they registered when advance notice is provided. This credit can be applied toward a future seminar and does not expire. There are no refunds for non-attendance or materials fees.
If for some reason an event must be cancelled by the CCC, a full refund will be provided. Any refund made for an original transaction by credit card will be made back to that credit card. All refunds for cash or check transactions will be issued by the CCC via a check.
The registered participant will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by the CCC during the processing of seminar and event registrations. Such costs include (but are not limited to) late fees, dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.
If you have questions concerning our Refund Policy, please contact us via email, fax or mail.
