Are you Looking for a New Interactive Assessment to use with your Career Clients? Join us for this PDS that will guide you and your clients towards clarity.
Pre-work is required for this session: Your registration fee will include an access code to take the online version of the Work-Life Balance Assessment (balancedcardsorts.com). Before participating in the session, you will be asked to complete the online card sort, download/print your customized Results Report, and write down your answers to Questions 1-7 included in your report.
The pandemic has flipped the notion of work-life balance on its head. For many of us, the boundaries that used to exist between our work and personal life have all but disappeared, contributing to increased levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout. As we think about entering into a more “normal,” post-pandemic world, it’s more important than ever to evaluate and vocalize our values, priorities and goals; and determine what we need to feel more balanced, healthy and fulfilled in work and life.
During the first hour of this interactive seminar, Anush will provide some background on why and how the Work-Life Balance Assessment was developed. Participants will then participate in small breakout sessions to share results from their online card-sort, and process through their top career and personal priorities. We will then do a structured goal-setting activity and visualization exercise to help you walk away with a specific, practical plan for building your priorities into your life.
For the second half of this seminar, we’ll discuss how you can use the Work-Life Balance Assessment with your own clients. Through client case-studies and breakouts, we’ll discuss ideas and strategies for helping those we serve prioritize self-care, career development, and better work-life balance in these very uncertain times.
