Join us for a discussion on what anxiety looks like and what we can do as career coaches / counselors to help ourselves deal with anxiety and stress in these difficult times so that we can help ourselves and in turn help our students / clients.
Join these four career coaches in talking about this timely topic; Hannah Morgan, Bob McIntosh, Jim Peacock, and Sabrina Woods. We will talk about how this is affecting each of us and then use breakout rooms to further the discussion.
